Welcome to Annikah ("we," "us," "the platform"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. WHO CAN USE ANNIKAH
You must be at least 18 years old and a genuine, serious marriage seeker to use this platform. Accounts found to misrepresent age, identity, or intent may be suspended or removed.
2. PROFILE VERIFICATION
All profiles are reviewed by our admin team before becoming visible to other users. We may request identity documents and, for sisters, an awareness video, solely to verify authenticity. If your profile is rejected, you'll see the reason and may edit and resubmit it.
3. THE WALII SYSTEM
For sisters, a walii’s contact information is only ever shared with a specific brother after: he has sent interest, you have accepted it, and your walii record has been verified by our admin team. We do not share walii contact information under any other circumstance.
4. CONDUCT
You agree to use Annikah respectfully and honestly, consistent with its purpose as a serious matrimonial platform. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate this — including harassment, dishonesty about identity or intentions, or misuse of the walii contact system.
5. DONATIONS
Donations to Annikah are voluntary and non-refundable. They support the platform's operation and are not payment for any guaranteed outcome (e.g. finding a match).
6. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME
Annikah is a platform to facilitate introductions consistent with Islamic marriage practices. We do not guarantee matches, marriages, or any particular outcome.
7. CHANGES
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
